Our 40-Hour Beginner Aerial Yoga Training is designed for yoga teachers, aerialists, and dedicated practitioners ready to expand their knowledge and confidently guide others in the transformative practice of aerial yoga. Over the course of immersive training, you’ll gain a solid foundation in both the art and science of teaching aerial yoga—combining traditional yoga principles with the creativity, strength, and freedom of movement offered by the hammock.

Aerial Yoga Foundations – Explore the history, philosophy, and unique benefits of aerial yoga, blending ancient yogic tradition with modern aerial techniques.
Safety & Rigging Essentials – Learn equipment setup, knot tying, rigging principles, weight load capacity, and safety inspections to ensure every class is secure and professional.
Anatomy & Biomechanics – Understand alignment, muscle engagement, joint safety, and how to adapt aerial postures for various body types and abilities.
Asanas & Sequencing – Master foundational aerial yoga asanas, restorative hammock work, aerial inversions, transitions, and creative sequencing for different class styles and levels.
Spotting & Hands-On Assists – Develop confident spotting skills, safe assists, and effective verbal cueing techniques.
Class Planning & Teaching Methodology – Learn to create balanced, purposeful classes with clear structure, themed flows, and options for beginners through advanced students.
Business & Branding Tips – Discover how to market your classes, manage liability, and create a safe, welcoming studio environment.

Certification Requirements
Hours: 40 total training hours (in-person & self-study)
Certificate: Graduates receive a 40-Hour Aerial Yoga Teacher Training Certificate, qualifying you to teach beginner aerial yoga classes.
Assessment: Includes practical teaching evaluation, sequencing project, and safety check demonstration.

November 1st & 2nd, 2025 – 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM
November 15th & 16th, 2025 – 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Additional Training Hours:
10 Non-Contact Hours – Independent reading and written assignments completed at home.
