Yoga on the Beach: Beach class offerings change seasonally. The 2025 season starts in in April. We offer Gentle Beach Yoga classes are on Tuesday, Thursday & Saturdays at 8:30AM. Don't see a time that works for your schedule? We offer private sessions for individuals and groups to accommodate your schedule and styles. Scheduled Beach Yoga Classes meet beside the Navarre Beach fishing pier. In case of inclement weather, you will be informed of any class changes via email. Be sure to have your current email and phone number in your student account.

ONLINE REGISTRATION IS NEEDED TO ATTEND. Bring a large beach towel or sheet, water and wear screen if needed.

A flowing beach yoga class for all levels. Connect to nature, create an intention, and start your day with a healthy dose of zen and vitamin sea on Navarre Beach. Yoga on the Beach awakens your senses and allows gratitude to flow within your heart.

Private Yoga Group | Sunrise Beach Yoga

Sun salutations, breath work and meditation. Start your day with gratitude, welcome the rising sun, sink your toes into the sand and prepare your heart for the day ahead. This beginner friendly yoga class allows you to become one with the surrounding beauty of nature with Navarre Beach.

Private Yoga Group | Sunset Beach Yoga  

An evening yoga flow on the beach as the sun sinks into the sound. Find complete relaxation as we move our bodies to the gentle sound of the waves. An all levels class that will leave you feeling totally ZEN!

Add Sound Bath Meditation to any private beach yoga sessions for an additional fee.
