Who Is This Program For?

This 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is for anyone who feels called to go deeper—not only into the practice of yoga, but into the practice of living it. Whether your dream is to teach yoga, deepen your personal practice, support others on their wellness journey, or make a positive impact in your community, this program was created for you.

More than a teacher training, this is an invitation to embody yoga both on the mat and, most importantly, off the mat. You'll learn how to integrate yogic philosophy, mindfulness, compassion, and purposeful living into your everyday life, allowing the teachings of yoga to extend far beyond the classroom.

This training is designed for dedicated students who are committed to personal growth, self-inquiry, and honoring the timeless principles of yoga. We believe that the most inspiring teachers are those who first become lifelong students—approaching the practice with humility, curiosity, and respect for the wisdom of their teachers and the lineage from which these teachings have been passed down.

Our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is truly a Yogi Training—not simply a program for gaining knowledge and teaching techniques, but a transformational journey inward. As you cultivate greater self-awareness, confidence, and presence, you'll naturally develop the ability to inspire and guide others through your own authentic experience.

Together, Kasey Valdivia, Kellie Stockdale, and Jeff McGlone bring more than 20,000 hours of training and decades of combined experience in yoga, movement education, anatomy, healing practices, and sound meditation. Their shared passion, diverse expertise, and commitment to student success create a supportive learning environment where you'll be empowered to grow into the most authentic version of yourself—both as a practitioner and as a future teacher.
