Studio Policies & Important Information

Welcome to Navarre Beach Yoga & Wellness Academy. These policies help us maintain a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment while providing every student with high-quality instruction and equitable access to classes.

By registering for a class, workshop, training, private session, or other offering, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below.

Please allow us time to respond during regular office hours. Messages received outside these hours will be answered as soon as possible on the following business day.

Please make sure your student account includes a current email address and phone number. Important registration confirmations, class updates, and cancellation notices are sent using the contact information associated with your account.

Please confirm the location listed in your reservation, as some classes and experiences may be held at the studio, on Navarre Beach, or at another designated location.

The studio is open by appointment and during scheduled classes, workshops, trainings, and private events. The doors open approximately 15 minutes before each scheduled studio class.

Registration & Class Confirmation

Advance online registration is required for all classes.

You must receive an email or text confirmation before attending. If you do not receive a confirmation, your registration may not have been completed and your space is not guaranteed.

Each regularly scheduled class requires a minimum of two registered students at least two hours before the class begins. If the minimum enrollment is not met, the class will be automatically canceled. PLEASE NOTE: Sound Bath Meditation & Workshops require a minimum of four registered students.

If the Academy cancels a class, registered students will be notified by email. The class credit used for the reservation will be returned to the student's account. If the class was purchased as a single visit, the payment may be refunded to the original payment method, when applicable.

Before You Arrive

Please review the following guidelines before attending:

• Arrive approximately 15 minutes before your first visit and at least 10 minutes before future classes.

• Register online at least two hours before the scheduled class time.

• Confirm that you have received an email or text registration confirmation.

• Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for your scheduled class.

• Bring your own yoga mat, purchase one at the studio, or rent one for $5.

• Bring water and a towel for Hot Yoga classes.

• Remove your shoes in the lobby before entering the practice room.

• Store personal belongings in the provided cubbies at your own risk.

• Silence phones, smartwatches, and other electronic devices.

• Keep phones and personal devices stored away from your mat.

• Plan to remain for the entire class, including savasana, the final period of rest.

If you must leave early, please inform your instructor before class and exit quietly before savasana begins.

Late Arrival Policy

For the safety of every student, no one will be admitted after class has begun.

Late arrivals cannot transfer the missed reservation to another date and will not receive a class credit or refund. Arriving after class begins can interrupt the experience and may prevent you from receiving the warm-up, safety instructions, or foundational movements necessary to participate safely.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early, dressed and ready to begin at the scheduled time.

Class Cancellation Policy

Navarre Beach Yoga & Wellness Academy maintains a strict 24-hour cancellation policy.

Early Cancellation

If you cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled class begins, your class credit will be returned to your account for future use within the original expiration period.

Late Cancellation

If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled class time:

• Your class credit will be forfeited.

• A $10 late-cancellation fee will apply.

No-Show

If you do not attend your scheduled class and have not canceled your reservation:

• Your class credit will be forfeited.

• A $25 no-show fee will apply.

These fees can be avoided by canceling your reservation more than 24 hours before class begins.

Class Credit Extension Policy

This policy applies to eligible single-class purchases and class packages. It does not apply to specialty workshops, series programs, private lessons, private parties, teacher trainings, or other specially scheduled experiences.

If your eligible class or package expires before you have used all available credits, you may choose one of the following options.

Purchase a New Class or Package

You may purchase a new class or class package at any time. Please understand that purchasing a new package does not restore, combine, or transfer unused credits from an expired package. Any remaining credits from the expired package will be forfeited.

Purchase an Extension

If you need additional time to use your remaining eligible credits, the following paid extensions are available:

• One-week extension: $25

• Two-week extension: $35

Multiple extensions may be purchased when needed.

To request an extension, email hello@navarrebeachyoga.com at least 24 hours before the class you would like to attend. Extensions must be approved and applied to your account before booking.

Refunds & Transfers

All sales are final.

Purchases are nonrefundable and nontransferable unless Navarre Beach Yoga & Wellness Academy cancels the scheduled offering or otherwise states differently in writing.

This policy applies to:

• Individual classes

• Class packages and memberships

• Workshops and specialty events

• Series programs

• Private sessions and parties

• Teacher training tuition and payments

• Space rentals

• Retail products and other purchases

Please review all dates, expiration periods, requirements, and policies carefully before completing your purchase.

Safety Policies

Your safety is our highest priority.

• All instructors are trained or certified to teach their specific disciplines.

• Follow your instructor's directions, safety cues, and progressions.

• Practice within your current ability level.

• Respect your body's limitations and communicate any concerns to your instructor.

• Students may not teach, coach, or physically spot one another during class.

• Do not attempt skills that have not been introduced or approved by the instructor.

• Inform your instructor before class of any injury, health condition, pregnancy, recent surgery, or physical limitation that may affect your participation.

Participation is always at the discretion of the instructor when safety is a concern.

Aerial Yoga Safety

Jewelry is not permitted while using aerial fabric. Rings, bracelets, watches, necklaces, earrings, clothing hardware, and other sharp objects may damage the fabric or create a safety risk.

Please wear clothing without zippers, buckles, or sharp embellishments.

Studio Etiquette & Community Standards

Navarre Beach Yoga & Wellness Academy is committed to creating a positive, inclusive, and empowering environment where everyone feels seen, respected, and welcome.

We ask all students and guests to:

• Treat instructors, staff members, and fellow students with kindness and respect.

• Honor personal boundaries and individual practice spaces.

• Refrain from disruptive conversations during class.

• Keep phones and electronic devices silenced and stored away.

• Follow all instructor and studio safety guidelines.

• Respect the studio, equipment, props, and shared spaces.

Bullying, harassment, discrimination, threatening behavior, or unwanted physical contact will not be tolerated. Anyone engaging in unsafe or inappropriate behavior may be asked to leave without a refund.

Children, Guests & Class Observations

To protect student privacy and maintain a focused practice environment:

• Class observations are not permitted.

• Children and unregistered guests may not wait unattended in the lobby.

• Only registered participants may enter the practice room.

• Guests must meet any age or participation requirements associated with the scheduled class.

Please contact us before registering a minor or bringing a guest to the studio.

Photography, Video & Social Media

Personal Photography and Filming

Photography and video recording are not permitted during regularly scheduled classes. This policy protects student privacy and allows everyone to remain present in their practice.

Personal photos and videos may be taken:

• Before or after class, with the instructor's permission

• During private sessions

• During private parties

• During approved space rentals

• During designated open-practice sessions

Please obtain permission before photographing or recording another person.

Academy Photography and Filming

Navarre Beach Yoga & Wellness Academy may occasionally photograph or film classes, workshops, trainings, and events for educational or promotional purposes.

Whenever possible, we will notify participants before filming begins and provide an opportunity to step out of the camera's view. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify the instructor or staff member before the activity begins.

Photography and filming policies for guest-instructor classes and special events may vary. Please contact us before registering if you have privacy concerns.

Sharing Content

We love celebrating our community. If you tag Navarre Beach Yoga & Wellness Academy in content featuring our studio, classes, instructors, or events, we may request permission to repost it on our social media channels.

If you would like Academy-owned content featuring you to be removed, please contact hello@navarrebeachyoga.com.

Food, Beverages & Substance Policy

The following items are permitted inside the studio:

• Bottled water or water in a secure, spill-resistant container

• A small protein bar or healthy snack, when needed

Please enjoy all other food and beverages outside the practice room.

Alcohol and recreational drugs are prohibited before participating in any physical class, workshop, training, or private experience. Anyone who appears intoxicated or impaired will not be permitted to participate and will not receive a refund or class credit.

Private Sessions

Private sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours and missed appointments will result in the loss of the session and payment. No refund or credit will be issued.

Private parties are governed by separate booking terms. Please review the policies listed on the Private Parties page before reserving your experience.

Space Rentals

Space rentals are subject to the following terms:

• A 24-hour cancellation policy applies.

• Rentals must be reserved in full-hour increments.

• Half-hour rentals are not available.

• The individual making the reservation is responsible for the conduct of all guests.

• Renters are responsible for leaving the space clean and returning all equipment and furnishings to their original locations.

• Additional approval may be required for photography, filming, equipment installation, or amplified sound.
