Studio Policies & Important Information
By registering for any class, workshop, training, or private session, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below.

Some classes may be held at the studio, on Navarre Beach, or at another designated location — please confirm in your reservation.
Registration & Arrival
Registration Requirements
- Advance online registration is required for all classes.
- You must receive an email or text confirmation before attending.
- Each class requires a minimum of 2 registered students at least 2 hours before class begins.
- Sound Bath Meditation & Workshops require a minimum of 4 registered students.
- If a class is canceled by the Academy, your credit will be returned to your account.
Before You Arrive
- Arrive 15 minutes early on your first visit; 10 minutes for future classes.
- Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for your class.
- Bring your own yoga mat, purchase one at the studio, or rent one for $5.
- Bring water and a towel for Hot Yoga classes.
- Remove shoes in the lobby before entering the practice room.
- Silence all phones, smartwatches, and electronic devices.
- Plan to remain for the entire class, including savasana.
Late Arrival Policy: For the safety of every student, no one will be admitted after class has begun. Late arrivals will not receive a class credit or refund.
Class Cancellation Policy
We maintain a strict 24-hour cancellation policy.

Your class credit is returned to your account for future use within the original expiration period.

Your class credit will be forfeited and a late-cancellation fee will apply.

Your class credit will be forfeited and a no-show fee will apply.
$25 No-Show Fee
These fees can be avoided by canceling your reservation more than 24 hours before class begins.
Class Credit Extension & Refunds
Credit Extensions
If your eligible class or package expires before you use all credits, you may purchase a paid extension:
1-Week Extension$25
2-Week Extension$35
To request an extension, email hello@navarrebeachyoga.com at least 24 hours before the class you wish to attend. Extensions must be approved before booking.
This policy applies to eligible single-class purchases and class packages only. It does not apply to specialty workshops, series programs, private lessons, teacher trainings, or other specially scheduled experiences.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. Purchases are nonrefundable and nontransferable unless the Academy cancels the scheduled offering.
This applies to:

- Workshops & specialty events
- Series programs
- Private sessions & parties
- Teacher training tuition
- Space rentals
- Retail products
Safety Policies
Your safety is our highest priority.
All instructors are trained or certified in their specific disciplines.
Follow your instructor's directions, safety cues, and progressions.
Practice within your current ability level and respect your body's limitations.
Students may not teach, coach, or physically spot one another during class.
Do not attempt skills not introduced or approved by the instructor.
Inform your instructor before class of any injury, health condition, pregnancy, recent surgery, or physical limitation.
Aerial Yoga Safety
Jewelry is not permitted while using aerial fabric. Rings, bracelets, watches, necklaces, earrings, clothing hardware, and other sharp objects may damage the fabric or create a safety risk. Please wear clothing without zippers, buckles, or sharp embellishments.
Studio Etiquette & Community Standards
We are committed to a positive, inclusive, and empowering environment where everyone feels seen, respected, and welcome.
Community Standards
- Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with kindness and respect.
- Honor personal boundaries and individual practice spaces.
- Refrain from disruptive conversations during class.
- Keep phones and devices silenced and stored away.
- Follow all instructor and studio safety guidelines.
- Respect the studio, equipment, props, and shared spaces.
Children & Guests
- Class observations are not permitted.
- Children and unregistered guests may not wait unattended in the lobby.
- Only registered participants may enter the practice room.
- Guests must meet age or participation requirements for the scheduled class.
Please contact us before registering a minor or bringing a guest.
Photography & Social Media
- Photography and video are not permitted during regularly scheduled classes.
- Personal photos may be taken before or after class with instructor permission, during private sessions, or approved rentals.
- The Academy may photograph classes for educational or promotional purposes — participants will be notified.
- To request removal of Academy-owned content featuring you, contact hello@navarrebeachyoga.com.
Food, Beverages & Substances
- Bottled water or water in a secure, spill-resistant container is permitted.
- A small protein bar or healthy snack is permitted when needed.
- Please enjoy all other food and beverages outside the practice room.
- Alcohol and recreational drugs are prohibited before any physical class, workshop, training, or private experience.
Private Sessions & Space Rentals: Private sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Space rentals require full-hour increments. Renters are responsible for the conduct of all guests and for leaving the space clean.

We may collect your name, email, phone number, billing address, account and registration information, payment details (processed by third-party providers), and any health or emergency information you voluntarily provide. We also collect technical data automatically when you visit our website (IP address, browser type, pages visited, etc.).
