We invite you to begin your yoga practice in a comfortable, supportive environment with a highly experienced yoga and meditation teacher. During this 8 week series, participants will learn the foundations & principles of yoga, proper & safe alignment, how to modify common yoga poses, how props are used to aid in your practice, and how to use the breath as a tool for stress relief.
We will explore the body and basic meditation techniques that will help reduce anxiety, tension & pain. Start your wellness journey with this gentle practice that will help you cultivate self-love and mindfulness in everyday life. This series will work in progression, so it is important to commit to the full series.
Beach Students: Bring a beach towel, water and wear sun screen if needed.
In-Studio Students: Bring Yoga Mat and Water | Manduka Mat rentals are available for $5.00
No jewelry is allowed for Aerial Yoga classes. Jewelry will rip the fabric.
We do not offer refunds or transfers. All studio policies apply. This is a series based class, there are no make-up classes. If you are unable to attend you will lose the class.
