Sound Bath Students: Wear comfortable clothes, remove jewelry and arrive a minimum of 10 minutes prior to class start time. The studio provides all props but feel free to bring your own blanket, pillow and eye pillow.

Beach Students: Bring a beach towel, water and wear sun screen if needed.

In-Studio Students: Bring Yoga Mat and Water | Manduka Mat rentals are available for $5.00

No jewelry is allowed for Aerial Yoga classes. Jewelry will rip the fabric. PLEASE arrive 10 minutes prior to class start time.

We do not offer refunds or transfers. All studio policies apply. No show and late cancel students will lose their class. You MUST cancel your registration ONLINE a minimum of 24 hours prior to class start time to prevent losing your class.
