🔥Hot Intentional Flow (98–100°F)

This hot yoga class is a strong, intentional practice designed to help you build heat, strength, and maintain mobility while staying connected to your breath and your body. Chelsea’s classes are thoughtfully sequenced with purpose, with each posture building on the next to create a flow that feels authentic, grounded, and accessible. Expect a balance of challenge and support, with clear cueing, mindful progressions, and space to honor your own practice. Rather than rushing into shapes, this class emphasizes preparation, awareness, and moving in a way that helps you feel both empowered and safe. Beyond the physical practice, Chelsea weaves in breathwork, presence, and meaningful intention to create an experience that supports not only the body, but the nervous system and mind. You can expect a class that invites you to work, sweat, and breathe while also leaving room for reflection, self trust, and real life connection. Come ready to move with purpose, meet yourself honestly, and leave feeling stronger, clearer, and more grounded.

What to Bring: Yoga mat + towel + water (Manduka mat rentals available for $5).

Arrival: Please arrive at least 10 minutes early so class may begin on time.

Studio Policies:
• No refunds or transfers.
• Late cancels and no-shows will forfeit their class.
• Registration must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to class start time to avoid losing your class.
