Restorative Yoga (Perfect for everyone)

In this gentle and soothing class, we focus on relaxation, breath awareness, and the rejuvenation of the body and mind. Restorative yoga uses props such as blankets, bolsters, and blocks to support your body in comfortable, long-held poses. This practice allows for deep rest and helps to reduce stress and tension while promoting healing and relaxation.

Whether you're new to yoga or have years of experience, this class is designed to meet you where you are. It's perfect for anyone looking to relax, recover, or simply find a peaceful moment in their busy day. No prior yoga experience is necessary; just bring an open mind and a willingness to unwind.

What to Bring: Yoga mat + water (Manduka mat rentals available for $5).

Arrival: Please arrive at least 10 minutes early so class may begin on time and the space remains calm and focused.

Studio Policies:
• No refunds or transfers.
• Late cancels and no-shows will forfeit their class.
• Registration must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to class start time to avoid losing your class.
