No yoga, aerial yoga, or meditation experience is needed. You will remain lying comfortably in savasana—a resting position—for the entire session. There are no poses to learn or sequences to follow. Simply settle in, breathe naturally, and allow yourself to receive the experience.

Prepare for Your Floating Sound Bath

• Arrive at least 10 minutes early to check in and get comfortable in your hammock. Doors lock at the scheduled start time.

• Remove all jewelry and watches before entering the hammock. These items can snag or tear the aerial fabric.

• Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax, preferably with sleeves that cover your armpits.

• Arrive well hydrated, eat lightly beforehand, and bring a water bottle.

Reservations & Cancellation Policy

Hammock spaces are limited, and advance registration is required. If you cannot attend, cancel your registration ONLINE at least 24 hours before the session begins to retain your class credit for a future reservation within your pass’s validity period.

No refunds or transfers. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit their class credit or purchased session. All studio policies apply.
