
Hot Hatha Flow is heated at 100°–102°F, and is a breath-centered hot yoga class that blends the steady foundations of Hatha with a smooth, continuous flow. This practice emphasizes strength, endurance, and mindful awareness as you move through thoughtfully sequenced postures in a warm, supportive environment.
Students can expect longer-held poses designed to build muscular endurance while cultivating the meditative focus that is central to Hatha yoga. The pace is active yet accessible, allowing each participant to work at a level that feels appropriate for their body.
All levels are welcome. Modifications are offered throughout class.
What to Bring: Yoga mat, towel, and water. (Manduka mat rentals available for $5.)
Arrival: Please arrive at least 10 minutes early so class may begin on time and the space remains calm and focused.
Studio Policies:
• No refunds or transfers.
• Late cancels and no-shows will forfeit their class.
• Registration must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to class start time to avoid losing your class.
