This class takes place in a room heated to approximately 100–102°F, combining infrared heating panels with forced heat to create a therapeutic environment that warms your muscles deeply, enhances flexibility, and promotes detoxification through sweat.

Each sequence is intentionally designed to build endurance, improve mobility, and calm the nervous system while promoting cardiovascular health and mental clarity. What to Bring: Water and a towel.
In-Studio: Yoga mat + water (Manduka mat rentals available for $5).
Arrival: Please arrive at least 10 minutes early so class may begin on time.

• Late cancels and no-shows will forfeit their class.
• Registration must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to class start time to avoid losing your class.
